Reviews and Ratings
Arriving at the hotel, I found a great location right on the beach and just a stroll away from Mateo's for a nice evening walk. The rooms, unfortunately, were quite cold with only a thin blanket and a mattress that had springs poking into my back. The shower only provided lukewarm water. Despite the room issues, the service was excellent - the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. The location, although close to nature, was well maintained with lush surroundings and comfortable double-sunbeds and hammocks. The dining experience offered a selection of tasty breads, fresh fruit, and made-to-order items; however, the sight and smell of rotting seaweed nearby was a drawback.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location, right next to the beach, was amazing, but the rooms were a bit of a trek away from the main areas and the service was slow. However, the dining was delicious, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to other resorts. The rooms were decent with some issues, but service was exceptional. The dining experience left more to be desired, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is situated in a quiet and scenic waterfront property in Cancun, making it a nice escape away from the crowds yet close to everything. The rooms were spacious and modern, but our stay was disrupted by a late-night party next door. The owner/manager was constantly crabby about people getting sand on small benches outside the reception office, which was off-putting.
Staying in the middle of a garden with millions of mosquitoes ready to attack anytime was quite an adventure. The rooms were spacious and wonderfully colorful, but having only a king-sized bed squeezed into the corner was a bit uncomfortable. The service was really nice and helpful, especially outside the main meal times. The location right on the beach was incredible, with nice restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was a mix of delicious and terrible dishes. The facilities were well-groomed despite recent storms.
The hotel offers a cozy room despite some cool temperatures, with a single king-sized bed squeezed into the corner but still providing a comfortable space, especially for solo travelers. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff arranging transfers and offering accommodation choices. The location is a serene getaway spot with sun beds and hammocks, but lacks privacy due to shared facilities with another property next door. The dining experience includes a simple but satisfying continental breakfast. Overall, a relaxing stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, with two large beds and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom was decent in size, and the porch provided breathtaking views of the ocean just steps away. While the location was outstanding, the service truly stood out as a fantastic new addition. The dining experience, although limited in options, offered delicious breakfast choices. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall value of the hotel.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were only made up in the late afternoon after complaints. The location had its drawbacks due to unpleasant smells and pricing issues, but the beachfront position and helpful staff compensated. The dining was satisfying but somewhat repetitive. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful artfully decorated rooms that had windows on every side offering a great breeze. However, my room wasn't ready until 5:00, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch with a lovely Italian woman providing delicious Italian food, albeit my teenage sons felt a bit ignored. The location, though not near the beach as pictured, was still incredible and charming. The dining experience was delightful, with freshly baked goodies, but there were limited tables available. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located in a lush garden setting across the street, which unfortunately invites many mosquitoes. Though the overpowering sewage smell in the room's bathroom above the kitchen was a major issue, the late room cleaning schedule after complaints added to the inconvenience.
